Terms of Service

SignatureLab is operated by Signature Lab LLC (“SignatureLab”, “we”, “us”). You can reach us at support@signature-lab.io.

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or subscribe.
• Membership is available to people in the United States with a US billing address.
• An account is for one person. Don't share your sign-in or let anyone else use your membership.

• Give us an email address you control, and keep your password secure.
• One active sign-in per account: signing in on a new device signs out the previous one.
• You're responsible for activity under your account. Tell us at support@signature-lab.io if you think someone else has used it.
• Your sign-in email can be changed by contacting support@signature-lab.io. Your billing email is managed separately in the billing portal.

• Membership is billed monthly or annually, at the price shown on the membership page when you subscribe, plus any applicable tax. Payments are processed by Stripe.
• Your membership renews automatically at the end of each billing period and you're charged for the next one, until you cancel.
• If we change the price, we'll email you before it applies. The new price takes effect at your next renewal, and you can cancel before then.
• Switching from monthly to annual takes effect immediately, with a credit for the unused part of your current month. Switching from annual to monthly takes effect at your next renewal.
• If a payment fails, Stripe retries it. Membership continues for 3 days after the first failed payment; after that, access pauses until the payment succeeds.
• Flashlab is for members only.

You can cancel at any time from your account. Your membership stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again. We don't refund unused time. See the Refund Policy for the cases where we do refund.

SignatureLab is for your personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to:

• scrape, crawl or use automated tools to collect data from the site, Flashlab or our API;
• copy, republish, resell or redistribute our measurements, charts or data sets, in whole or in substantial part;
• get around usage limits, watermarks, the one-sign-in rule or any other restriction;
• share your account, or access the service through someone else's;
• reverse engineer our API, probe it for weaknesses, or interfere with the service or other users.

You may quote individual results or rankings in discussions and reviews, as long as you credit SignatureLab and link to signature-lab.io.

The measurements, analysis, charts, rankings, software and design of SignatureLab belong to us. Membership gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use Flashlab and view our results on the site while your membership is active. Flashlab views carry a watermark with your account ID.

• Results describe how specific products performed on our test rig under the stated test conditions. Other conditions or individual units may perform differently.
• Results are for information only. They are not a guarantee of performance or professional advice. We may revise them as our methods improve.

We're improving SignatureLab continually and may add, change or remove features. We aim to keep the service available but don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the extent the law allows, SignatureLab is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under law that can't be limited.

• You can delete your account at any time from your account page. Deleting it cancels your membership immediately and permanently removes your account.
• We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. If we end your membership for a reason other than a breach of these terms, we'll refund the unused part of your current period.

We may update these terms. For significant changes, we'll email account holders before the changes take effect. If you keep using SignatureLab after that, the updated terms apply.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado and applicable US federal law.
